Liverpool’s Far East jaunt is under way.
Jurgen Klopp and his players received a rapturous reception from Reds supporters after the 13-hour flight with Malaysia Airlines from Manchester.
They stopped to sign autographs for dozens of fans outside the luxurious Ritz-Carlton hotel in the West Kowloon district of the city.
Among other functions the players attended was the unveiling of Liverpool’s new orange third kit.
However, plans for a training session at the Mong Kok Stadium ahead of Wednesday’s Premier League Asia Trophy match with Crystal Palace were shelved due to poor weather.
So what’s life like out there? And how have the locals taken to Liverpool’s arrival?
