Former Manchester United coach Rene Meulensteen has questioned their deal for Romelu Lukaku.
Meulensteen is hoping to see Marcus Rashford and Lukaku linking up together rather than the England international watching on from the bench.
“I think it could be a really good partnership,” Meluensteen said on talkSPORT.
“The one thing I do hope is Rashford is not going to fall to the wayside because of Lukaku joining Manchester United.
“He’s an exciting up-and-coming striker, he’s quick, he’s skilful, he knows he can score goals.
“They could feed really, really well off each other.”
