They’re giving back the dough.
The organizer of a disastrous $75-a-head Brooklyn pizza festival announced Wednesday it would refund customers after the state’s top cop began investigating Saturday’s gathering in a Bushwick parking lot.
Pizza lovers forked over the hefty fees for a “daylong celebration of the dough, cheese, tasty sauces and delicious toppings” to be served in a Flushing Ave. lot.
Instead, they were given small slivers of cold pizza and forced to wait in massive lines, according to multiple photos posted on social media.
On Wednesday, organizer Ishmael Osekre announced Pizza Festival would refund all attendees.
“After careful deliberation, and much back and forth about our customer’s best interest, we have agreed on REFUNDING ALL TICKETS from the pizza and burger festivals,” Pizza Festival posted on Facebook.
